Horrific abominations theorized by some to be from an elder realm, Catbeasts are the result of furries meddling with Mother Nature in the worst way possible.

CATBEASTS ARE FREE TO KILL, REGARDLESS OF THEIR SOURCE
Catbeasts are the only race with no grief protection, people are allowed to grief them as they please, Catbeasts are not allowed to fight back. If a Catbeast somehow is on whatever antag team you're on (cult, rev, nukeops), then don't kill them. Catbeasts may act in self defense and only self defense with non-lethal stuns or disarms. Inflicting damage on other players is strictly forbidden, even if they are attacking you and you are defending yourself.
They may also assist in the lynching of obvious antagonists. I.e. horror form ling, wizard, malfunctioning AI etc. If you fuck up by lynching an innocent person, you will be punished.
Being catbanned is a punishment, not a reward
